We stayed in Gooding this year for Thanksgiving and had a great time. The kids were really excited to learn all about Thanksgiving. We made these fun turkeys for Family Home Evening to get the week started off right and read a few books about the history of Thanksgiving to teach the kids what the purpose of the big dinner and party was really all about.
Wyatt made this cute Turkey hat at preschool and when I asked him to model it for me he put it on upside down and backwards. So cute.

On Wednesday we got together and made pies. We made raspberry, cherry, pecan and bought chocolate, banana, apple, and pumpkin. Laramie is quite proud of her first pie.
Aunt Hailey and Uncle Blake were so much fun. They planned a fun Turkey hunt for the kids after Thanksgiving Dinner. They put together their Indian hats, put on their binoculars, and grabbed their guns. 
Aunt Hailey was so fun to plan such a fun activity for the kids. That's why she's the favorite!
